Data Coordinating Centre
The AfriGen-D Data Coordinating Centre supports the application of FAIR principles to incoming data, accommodation of temporary data archival, and submission to selected public repositories. The Coordinating Centre services all Omics and related data, including, genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, and metagenomics.

Imputation Service
A genotype phasing and imputation service for inferring unobserved genotypes in a study population based on known genotypes from a reference panel. This service helps address challenges of data privacy, requiring genetic data to remain within the continent's boundaries, safeguarding sensitive information and respecting regulatory frameworks.
